Humoud Al-Shukeiry is a distinguished Omani executive known for his transformative leadership across project management, innovation, and digital strategy. He currently serves as Vice President of Dhofar Tourism Company S.A.O.G., where he leads strategic initiatives to elevate Oman’s tourism sector.

Previously the Vice President—and now Senior Advisor and Board Member—of AWJ Innovation, Humoud has championed national-scale projects that blend cutting-edge technology with human-centered design, positioning Oman as a regional leader in innovation.

With over 25 years of cross-sector experience, Humoud has held pivotal roles in AV, media technology, government institutions, and entrepreneurship. At Sultan Qaboos University, he served as Executive Director of Conferences & Events Affairs, Deputy Project Manager of the Cultural Centre project, delivering institutionally significant projects and programs. At AWJ Innovation, he led the Projects & Business Operation divisions, earning recognition as a catalyst for innovation and ecosystem building.

Humoud is also a co-founder of multiple tech startups, and a Board Member of the Oman Blockchain and Free and Open Source Software Club, reflecting his deep commitment to open innovation and decentralized systems.

He graduated with honors from The Manchester Metropolitan University and holds a postgraduate diploma in consultancy skills from Philadelphia University, alongside certifications in engineering, technology, and project management—providing him with a solid foundation to navigate complex, multidisciplinary environments.
