Audit Committee Chairman / Board Member of Dhofar Tourism Company S.A.O.G., with eagerness and plans for a bright future, Khalid joined KPM in 1980 in the UK, and he became a partner in charge of advisory with KPM in 2010.

He became a Partner in Charge of Oman and a Board Member of the KPMG Lower Gulf from 2013 to 2016.
Since 1 October 2018, working as the Chief Executive Officer of Al Anwar Holdings SAOG, a public listed company in the Muscat Securities Market. Alanwar has investments in manufacturing, financial services and education sectors. Retired on 12 August 2021.
Since 14 August 2021 Founder and Chief Executive Officer of a recently established Consulting firm called: Khalid Masud Ansari & Partners LLC.
